Kensington. A street full of life. Artistic. Inventive. Authentic.
Where we are
Kensington, probably one of the best known and most vibrant places in the city, is your new home. What’s less thought about when people talk about Kensington are the excellent transit connections to downtown, how easy it is to get to urban greenspace, the excellent schools, the fantastically walkable adjacent heritage residential streets, and the real sense of community that comes from living in, well, a real community.
What we’re building
We’ve put a lot of time and effort into making these homes aesthetically pleasing, inside and out. The exterior architecture blends into the surrounding area without trying to be “olde tymey,” and the interiors have been thought about based on how we actually live today — think generous kitchens set up for entertaining — as opposed to the way things have always been.
Why it’s new
Kensington has a reputation for beautiful but expensive single-family heritage homes. While the available rental stock is on par with the rest of the city, if you want to own your home, new homes in the area are notoriously scarce. Scarcer still are new homes that start in the mid 200′s.

I am interested in this development as it move ahead.
